Upstairs

There is a large black Sea Captain’s chest on the wide landing that connects all of the bedrooms of our holiday home that sleeps 8; it is a favourite place to sit and look out across the harbour and Carrick Roads through the house’s original tall windows.

At the front of the house are the Master Bedroom and the Primrose Room and both have lovely views across the harbour and Carrick Roads and out into Falmouth Bay. The Master Bedroom has a king sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bath. There is a lot of hanging, shelving and drying space in the bathroom and an antique chest of drawers and bedroom chair in the bedroom.

The Primrose Room is the largest bedroom and it has a kingsize bed (which can convert into two single beds on request), a chest of drawers and built in wardrobe with shelves. It also has a window table with antique rosewood chairs and other pieces of antique furniture.

From the landing you also get to the Black & White Room which has a king sized bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. It also has a window table and chairs with views over the rear garden. This room has a modern sink in the corner of the room.

The Beach Room has two extra-long single beds and more modern furniture in keeping with the theme of the room.

There is also a small room which is furnished as an office, at the front of the house with sea and harbour views.
