From sea shanties, oyster tasting to the celebration of spring and summer it is all about festivals and fun in Falmouth. Whenever you visit this beautiful seaside town there is always something going on to entertain and inspire.

Arwenack and Church Street are a-buzz with activity on festival weekends, and any other time of the year it is a fascinating street to walk along and discover art, culture, gifts, household goods and stunning views from any of the shops and cafes that stretch along the waterfront. Then scattered among the shops and galleries are cafes, bars, restaurants and pubs. You have to search for the good ones too, as they might be upstairs (like Dolly’s), downstairs (like The Brig), right in front of you (like Harbour Lights, the best fish ‘n chips), or down tiny alleyways (like The Wheel House).

The beaches, the history, the harbour, boat trips, museums, galleries and so much more – where else would you want to go on holiday? Find out what is going on in Falmouth for 2016 here.
